Journalism

To everyone out there looking for a class with excitement, pizzazz, swagger, and the coolest teacher ever, Journalism or newspaper is the class for you!  With budget cuts on their way this class is in danger of being cut. This class is full of fun activities and lots of learning. Being in Journalism makes you feel like you’re a part of something, we’re a big family. One motto we live by in the Journalism room is E.L.E, everyone love everyone!

Journalism fulfills an English credit and Newspaper counts as language art.  Not to mention, this is the only class at Hickman where you choose the topic of your homework.  It also gives you opportunities to get into college and will help you in your future life. Sign up during enrollment, you won’t regret it!
